We ship worldwide.

For orders from Germany, we will ship your ordered jewelry within 3 weeks, if you order from our European delivery area (all EU countries as well as Switzerland, Norway and Great Britain ) within 4 weeks. We need this time because we are making your new favorite piece by hand.

If you would like your jewelery to be delivered faster, for example because you are ordering it as a gift, you are welcome to write to us - we will surely find a solution together!

We ship all our jewelry insured with UPS, Fedex or DHL Express. Shipping is free for you and always insured by express.

For deliveries outside the EU, you may have to pay customs fees. We do not accept these

If you want to return our jewelry, you can do so within 14 days without giving a reason - you can simply send us an email to info@marenjewellery.com or fill out our cancellation form and send it to us.

To ensure that the return shipment goes as smoothly as possible, please send us a request for a return label to info@marenjewellery.com .

Custom-made products are excluded from returns.
