Shipping

We ship worldwide.

If you order from Germany, we will send your jewellery within 3 weeks, if you order from our European delivery area (all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway and UK), within 4 weeks. We need this time because we handcraft your new favourite piece.

If you would like to have your jewellery delivered more quickly, for example because you are ordering it as a gift, you are welcome to write to us - together we are sure to find a solution!

We ship all our jewellery items insured with UPS, Fedex or DHL Express. Shipping is free of charge and always insured and shipped express. 

For deliveries outside the EU, you may be charged customs duties. We do not pay these.

Return

If you would like to return our jewellery, you can do so within 14 days without giving any reasons - simply send us an email to info@marenjewellery.com or fill in our cancellation form and send it to us.

To make the return process as smooth as possible, please ask for a return shipping label at info@marenjewellery.com
