We ship worldwide.

The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 weeks depending on the piece of jewelry, for deliveries within the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom four weeks, and for deliveries to other countries five weeks from the conclusion of the contract. We need this time because we create your new favorite piece by hand.

If you would like your jewelry delivered faster, for example because you are ordering it as a gift, feel free to contact us – together we will surely find a solution!

We ship all our jewelry pieces insured with UPS, Fedex, or DHL Express. Shipping is free for you and always insured via express. 

For deliveries outside the EU, customs fees may apply. We do not cover these.

Returns

If you wish to return our jewelry, you can do so within 14 days without giving any reasons – you can simply send us an email at info@marenjewellery.com write or fill out our cancellation form and send it to us.

To ensure that the return process goes as smoothly as possible, feel free to ask at info@marenjewellery.com a return shipping label.

Exclusions from returns include custom-made products.
