3. Conclusion of Contract
The offers in the Maren Jewellery Online Store are a non-binding invitation to order items. By ordering the items by clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart. Maren Jewellery will inform the customer of the receipt of the order without delay by e-mail and will also confirm the conclusion of the contract in the same e-mail.

5. Delivery Times
The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 weeks depending on the piece of jewelry, for deliveries within the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and Great Britain four weeks, and for deliveries to other countries five weeks from the conclusion of the contract.
6. Delivery and Shipping Costs
All items in an order are shipped together.
We ship all our jewelry insured with UPS, Fedex or DHL Express. Shipping is free and always insured by express.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If the goods cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. due to an incorrectly provided delivery address), additional delivery costs may be incurred for a new delivery, which the customer must bear.
7. Prices and Invoice
The prices in the Maren Jewellery Online Store are in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail at the time of dispatch of the goods.

8.1 Paypal
If you have chosen PayPal as your payment method, you must be registered there or register first and authenticate yourself with your login details in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. In the case of a positive identity and credit check, you also have the option to pay the purchase price via the PayPal 0% financing payment method. This is an installment payment model offered by PayPal, where you can pay the purchase price in monthly installments without interest (0% effective annual interest rate).
8.2 Credit Card
If you have chosen credit card as your payment method, your payment details will be requested directly during your order. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the respective payment service provider immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction.
8.3 Purchase on Account
If you have chosen purchase on account as your payment method, payment is due upon our payment request in the contract confirmation email and must be settled by you within 10 (ten) days of receipt of this email. We will inform you of the receipt of payment without delay by e-mail. If payment is not made within the 10-day period, we are entitled to withdraw from the sale. In this case, we will inform you of the withdrawal and refund any payments received late.
8.5 Bank Transfer
If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, your bank account details will be requested during your payment process. The payment transaction will be carried out by your bank after confirmation of the payment instruction.
9. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
10. Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You may use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to Maren Jewellery, Owner Helge Hautpmann, Söflinger Str. 250, 89077 Ulm without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
End of Withdrawal Policy
11. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
11.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
11.2 Examples of cases under section 11.(1) include jewelry with engravings or custom-made jewelry, as these pieces are intended for final sale and have been individually made according to the customer's instructions.
12. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please request the return label for easy processing and insurance of the goods at info@marenjewellery.com.
13. Defects
The statutory liability for defects applies to goods from Maren Jewellery.
14. Liability
In cases of statutory strict liability (e.g. from a guarantee or under the Product Liability Act), Maren Jewellery is liable without limitation, as well as for personal injury (injury to life, body, health). Maren Jewellery is also liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, Maren Jewellery is only liable for the breach of cardinal obligations. Cardinal obligations are those obligations whose fulfillment makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance you may regularly rely. In these cases, however, Maren Jewellery is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages, consequential damages, loss of profit or missed savings. Otherwise, Maren Jewellery's liability for slight negligence is excluded. This limitation of liability also applies to the legal representatives, employees, salaried staff and vicarious agents of Maren Jewellery.
15. Contract Text
The contract text is not stored for you by Maren Jewellery and is no longer accessible to you on the Maren Jewellery website after the conclusion of the contract. However, at the time of conclusion of the contract, you have the opportunity to access and save the contractual provisions including these General Terms and Conditions.
16. Complaints
Maren Jewellery is not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSGB). You can reach us by e-mail at info@marenjewellery.com.
17. Final Provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The provisions from which, according to the law of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence, may not be deviated from by agreement remain unaffected.
