3. Conclusion of Contract
The offers in the Maren Jewellery Online Store constitute a non-binding invitation to order items. By placing an order for the items by clicking the "Buy Now" button, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the items in the shopping cart. Maren Jewellery will promptly inform the customer of the receipt of the order via email and will also confirm the conclusion of the contract in the same email.

5. Delivery Times
The delivery time within Germany is 1-3 weeks depending on the piece of jewelry, for deliveries within the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom four weeks and for deliveries to other countries five weeks from the conclusion of the contract.
6. Delivery and Shipping Costs
All items in an order are shipped together.
We ship all our jewelry insured with UPS, Fedex, or DHL Express. Shipping is free and always insured via express.
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If the goods cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (e.g. due to an incorrectly provided delivery address), additional delivery costs may be incurred for a redelivery, which the customer must bear.
7. Prices and Invoice
The prices in the Maren Jewellery Online Store are in euros and include the applicable statutory value-added tax. The invoice will be sent to you via email at the time of shipment of the goods.

8.1 Paypal
If you have chosen the payment method PayPal, you must be registered there in order to pay the invoice amount, or you need to register first and authenticate yourself with your access data. The payment transaction will be executed automatically by PayPal immediately after the payment instruction is confirmed.
8.2 Credit Card
If you have chosen the payment method credit card, your payment details will be requested immediately as part of your order. The payment transaction will be automatically executed by the corresponding payment service provider immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction.
8.3 Purchase on Invoice
If you have chosen the payment method "Purchase on Account," the payment will be due with our payment request in the contract confirmation email and must be settled by you within 10 (ten) days of receiving this email. We will inform you promptly via email about the receipt of payment. If the payment is not settled within the 10-day period, we are entitled to withdraw from the sale. In this case, we will inform you about the withdrawal and refund any late payments received.
8.4 Payment by Instant Transfer
If you have chosen the payment method Payment by Instant Transfer, you will be redirected to the website of the online payment provider Klarna (Sofort GmbH) after clicking the "Buy Now" button. There you can conveniently pay using online banking procedures through your personal online banking access and by entering your PIN and TAN.
8.5 Bank transfer
If you have chosen the payment method bank transfer, your bank account details will be requested during your payment process. The payment transaction will be executed by your bank after the confirmation of the payment order.
9. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until they are paid for in full.
10. Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached Cancellation Form use, which is not mandatory.
To maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke the contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
You must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract to Maren Jewellery, Inh. Helge Hautpmann, Söflinger Str. 250, 89077 Ulm. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

11. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
11.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for which the production is determined by an individual choice or specification by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
11.2 Cases referred to in item 11.(1) include, for example, jewelry with engravings or custom-made jewelry, as these pieces are intended for final sale and were individually crafted according to the customer's instructions.

13. Defects
For the goods from Maren Jewellery, the statutory warranty rights apply.
14. Liability
In the case of legally mandated liability independent of fault (e.g., from warranty or under the Product Liability Act), Maren Jewellery is fully liable, as well as for personal injuries (injury to life, body, health). Maren Jewellery is also fully liable for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, Maren Jewellery is only liable for the violation of cardinal duties. Cardinal duties are understood to be those obligations whose fulfillment makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance you can regularly rely. In these cases, however, Maren Jewellery is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages, for consequential damages, for lost profits, or for missed savings. Furthermore, the liability of Maren Jewellery is excluded in cases of slight negligence. This limitation of liability also applies to the legal representatives, employees, staff members, and agents of Maren Jewellery.
15. Contract text
The contract text is not stored by Maren Jewellery for you and is no longer accessible to you on the Maren Jewellery website after the conclusion of the contract. However, upon conclusion of the contract, you have the option to retrieve and save the contractual terms, including these General Terms and Conditions.
16. Complaints
Maren Jewellery is not willing and not obligated to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG). 17. Final provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The provisions that cannot be deviated from by agreement under the law of the state in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
