The subsequent polishing removes the surface of small scratches and dents and restores its original shine – as beautiful as on the first day.
Our careful refresh service is for 1 piece of jewelry and includes:

>Schmuckstück polieren: Zu guter Letzt werden wir Dein Schmuckstück so lange polieren bis er wieder in frischem Glanz erstrahlt.
Suitable jewelry:
The cleaning service is exclusively suitable for fine jewelry. You can have silver, platinum, and gold jewelry professionally cleaned with us. Unfortunately, our refresh service is not suitable for gold-plated jewelry or costume jewelry, as the gold plating may come off during polishing.

The shipping to and from your jewelry is included in the price. After completing the ordering process, you will receive an email with an insured shipping label, and your jewelry can safely be on its way to professional cleaning.

What is the advantage of having jewellery professionally cleaned?
Even the careful and regular care of your jewelry at home cannot replace professional jewelry cleaning. The cleaning results that the trained eye and expertise of a jewelry expert, as well as the additional tools and utensils like ultrasonic baths or fine brushes, can achieve, unfortunately cannot be reached at home alone. Even polishing without professional tools does not allow for the removal of scratches or dents, as is possible with professional jewelry cleaning.
Can I have any jewellery professionally cleaned?
Unfortunately, we have to decline this question. We can only professionally clean real jewelry, such as silver, platinum, or gold jewelry for you. Polishing can cause the gold coating to come off on gold-plated jewelry. Fashion jewelry, on the other hand, can be completely damaged.
