With our ReFresh Service, you can have your favorite piece of jewelry professionally cleaned and refurbished. We remove dirt and, with a subsequent polish, can reduce fine signs of wear and surface scratches — for a renewed shine and a well-kept appearance.

First, we carefully inspect your piece of jewelry for dirt, signs of wear, and possible damage.

We then choose a method suitable for the material and piece of jewelry and clean it thoroughly.

Which pieces of jewelry are suitable?
Our ReFresh Service is available for suitable genuine jewelry made of gold, silver, and platinum.
Unfortunately, we cannot refurbish gold-plated jewelry or costume jewelry as part of this service, as the plating can be damaged or worn away by polishing.
